Progress Arts Limited
Terms & Conditions of Sales
We
hope that you will be entirely satisfied with your purchases from us, but if
for any reason you are not, you can return the goods to us for a full refund
of the purchase price, provided that you notify us within 7 days of receiving
the goods of your intention. We will refund the purchase price
when we receive the goods back from you. Unfortunately we will not be
able to refund postage, packing or insurance charges and we cannot refund the
purchase price for any goods that do not arrive back with us in perfect
condition, unless they were damaged before you received them (see
below). For this reason, we advise that all returns are packed securely
(by a professional packing service in the event of a fragile or delicate art
work), that you use a recorded delivery service and that you insure the
goods for their return for their full value.
In
the event of an item being sold previously or out-of-stock, we will advise you
by return and refund any payments in full.
We
will dispatch the items ordered to the address given in your purchase
authorization within 7 days of your payment by credit card, cheque or PayPal
being processed and authorized.
Catalogues will be shipped by regular mail services.
Shipment
of other items will normally be by recorded post or courier service and will be
insured for the full value of the item. We
will notify you when your item has been shipped and give you a tracking number
so you can check on the shipment progress.
In the event of items going missing please notify us and we will endeavor to
track the item from our end.
If an
item arrives damaged in any way and you wish to have a replacement or your
payment refunded, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods,
giving details of the damage. We will then send you instructions on how
to proceed from then on, which may involve us asking you to return the goods
to us for repair or replacement.
All
items remain the property of Progress Arts Limited (or the artist) until paid
for in full, but it is your responsibility to maintain them in a safe, secure
and appropriate way and to insure them for their full value (until paid for in
full).
None of the above affect your statutory rights.
